Are the models wearing the actual shirts?

Most model images are for display purposes only. Actual fit and colors may vary slightly depending on the fabric and screen settings. We recommend checking the Size Guide and color swatches before ordering.

The only models wearing real TechStitch T-shirts are:

  • Houston, We Have a Problem Tee – Army, size L

  • DevOps Default Position Tee – Athletic Heather, size XL

  • I'm Here, but I Wish I Was 127.0.0.1 Tee – Black, size 3XL

All other mockups are digital representations for reference only.

Can I return or exchange my order if I chose the wrong size or changed my mind?

Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size, color, or design choices.

How do I choose the right size?

We provide detailed size charts on each product page. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if production hasn't started yet. Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Where are your T-shirts made?

All our T-shirts are printed and fulfilled locally in Australia. We partner with trusted Australian providers to ensure premium quality fabric and vibrant prints that last.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across Australia and New Zealand.

How long does delivery take?

  • Australia: 5–7 business days

  • New Zealand: 7–10 business days
    Delays may occur during peak times or due to external factors like weather or carrier issues.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

What if my order says "Delivered" but I haven’t received it?

Please check around your property, with neighbors or your local post office. If you still can't locate it, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

I received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item. What should I do?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or a short video of the item

If confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit.

 

Do I need to return the faulty item?

Usually not. We only ask for return shipping in rare cases and we’ll cover the cost if needed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! All payments are encrypted and processed through secure platforms like Shopify Payments.
